An example of wishful thinking at best......Avinash tells me an environmental joke: "A worker call his supervisor to show him the new sign he has erected. It reads 'Be environmentally conscious!' The supervisor commends him on the quality of the sign, but asks what happened to the tree that used to be there. 'It was in the way. We had to cut it down to place the sign' he is told."
Such is the state of environmentalism in India.
